The 3rd Talent Development Salon of the Rare Earth Elements Division for 2021 was successfully held!
To clarify the key priorities and resource requirements for each upcoming phase, define shared goals, and enhance team cohesion and alignment, the review meeting for the five-year strategic plan of the Rare Earth Elements Division was officially held on the evening of June 15 in the training room. Attending the meeting were Li Laichao, General Manager of the Rare Earth Elements Division; He Jie, Sales Director; Yang Shaobo, Production Director, along with other relevant management, technical, and professional personnel. Additionally, Wang Jiyang, the division’s lean consultant, and colleagues from the Strategic Marketing Department were specially invited to provide guidance and engage in exchanges.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and in order to actively promote joint Party building and cooperative exchanges between banks and enterprises, on June 16, Liao Musheng, a member of the Party Committee of the Longyan Branch of the China Construction Bank, Secretary of the Party Committee of the bank’s headquarters, and Deputy President; and Lai Yuexia, Secretary of the Party branch and President of the Changting Sub-branch of the CCB, along with their delegation, came to our company to jointly carry out a Party building co-construction activity. Prior to the drill, safety officer Wang Binghuo gave a detailed briefing on the significance of the hazardous chemical leak drill. Lean specialist Liu Yi then explained the drill’s procedure to everyone.

The Rare Earth Metals Division Conducts Nighttime Traffic Safety Inspections.
To further strengthen the standardized management of employees’ commutes and make every effort to prevent nighttime road traffic accidents, thereby ensuring the safety of employees’ lives and property during their daily commutes, the Metal Products Division conducted a nighttime traffic safety inspection on June 14 at 7:20 p.m. The inspection covered several aspects, including whether employees were wearing reflective vests and helmets while walking at night, whether they had been driving under the influence of alcohol, and whether they were speeding.

The May Lean Summary Meeting for the Rare Earth Metals Division was held successfully!
On the morning of June 7, Cui Hongyan, the chief commander of Lean, led the Lean team to the site to meticulously document and analyze the challenges and pain points in the on-site manufacturing processes. STD expert consultant Teacher Tang Weigen and STD senior consultant Teacher Huang Jinwei joined the team on-site to provide guidance and support.
