The Rare Earth Metals Division Conducts Nighttime Traffic Safety Inspections.
To further strengthen the standardized management of employees’ commutes and make every effort to prevent nighttime road traffic accidents, thereby ensuring the safety of employees’ lives and property during their daily commutes, the Metal Products Division conducted a nighttime traffic safety inspection on June 14 at 7:20 p.m. The inspection covered several aspects, including whether employees were wearing reflective vests and helmets while walking at night, whether they had been driving under the influence of alcohol, and whether they were speeding.
To further strengthen the standardized management of employees’ commutes and make every effort to prevent nighttime road traffic accidents, thereby ensuring the safety of employees’ lives and property during their daily commutes, the Metal Products Division conducted a nighttime traffic safety inspection on June 14 at 7:20 p.m. The inspection covered several aspects, including whether employees were wearing reflective vests and helmets while walking at night, whether they had been driving under the influence of alcohol, and whether they were speeding.
This operation has broader coverage and is more targeted. During the operation, prosecutors set up checkpoints at parking lot entrances,转弯 intersections, and factory gateways, meticulously registering and screening each employee entering and leaving the facility during nighttime shifts. After inspection, all employees in the Metal Division who commute to work by bicycle at night are wearing the required safety protective gear correctly and complying with traffic regulations.
Employee safety during commuting has always been a key focus for both the company and its business units. Every year, countless traffic accidents occur across society due to carelessness or violations of traffic rules—especially when traveling at night, when visibility is severely impaired, greatly increasing the risk to safety. In response, the Rare Earth Metals Division is using this event to urge our colleagues across the company to pay attention to traffic safety, strictly abide by traffic regulations, and actively wear helmets and reflective clothing when cycling at night, taking all necessary safety precautions.
