To accelerate the implementation of lean initiatives, thoroughly address identified improvement areas, and put training knowledge into practice while building a high-quality production workshop, on the afternoon of April 23, the 7S project team and Mr. Huang Jinwei from Shuben Technology jointly organized the “Red Card Battle” event in the target material workshop. Cui Hongyan, chief commander of the Lean Project for the Metal Products Division, led lean specialists, technical personnel, and team leaders in participating in the activity.

On April 18, 2021, the first spring excursion activity was officially organized, with more than 40 participants from the Rare Earth Elements Division heading to Gutian Memorial Site for a refreshing outing.
