Jinlong Rare Earth Holds a Special Organizational Meeting on Party History Study and Education

To earnestly implement the requirements of Party history study and education, recently, the Party Committee of Jinlong Rare Earth has, under the theme of “Study Party History, Understand Ideas, Accomplish Practical Tasks, and Open Up a New Chapter,” arranged for all party branches to hold special organizational life meetings focused on Party history study and education. Members of the Party Committee’s leading body participated in the organizational life meetings of their respective branches as ordinary party members. The secretaries of each party branch chaired the meetings and engaged in discussions with branch members about their insights from studying Party history and their reflections on work.

On August 12, the Rare Earth Metals Division held a summary and awards ceremony for July’s lean production efforts. The meeting was attended by Cui Hongyan, chief commander of the division’s lean projects, as well as project managers, lean specialists, team leaders, and other participants.

The Rare Earth Elements Division Launches a Lean Production TPM Yellow Card Campaign

On August 11, the Rare Earth Elements Division, in conjunction with the theme of the Safety Production Season, organized a large-scale TPM Yellow Card Campaign focused on safe electricity usage and lean production. The event was led by Lean Consultant Mr. Wang and TPM Project Manager Fu Zhiqin from the Division, and also invited relevant personnel from the Equipment Department and the IAM Promotion Office to provide on-site guidance and support.

Promoting university-enterprise cooperation and building an employer brand—Northeast University’s internship at our company has come to a successful conclusion.

To further strengthen cooperation between the university and enterprises and build the Jinlong employer brand, enabling students to gain firsthand experience at Jinlong and better understand the company, on July 19, a group of 20 teachers and students from the School of Metallurgy at Northeastern University embarked on a two-week enjoyable internship program at our company.
