On September 10, coinciding with Teacher’s Day, the company’s Human Resources Department organized the opening ceremony and team-building activities for the “Teachers Talking to Teachers” internal trainer training camp.

On September 7, the Rare Earth Elements Division organized the monthly regular meeting for Lean Production in August, along with an awards ceremony. Attending the meeting were Yang Shaobo, Chief Lean Director of the Division; Wang Jiyang, teacher from Shuben Technology; project managers from various projects; Lean specialists; and employee representatives.

The company organized a monthly IAM line inspection activity.
To fully implement lean principles and ensure the thorough and meticulous execution of internationally advanced manufacturing projects, on September 3, the company’s IAM Promotion Office organized all business units to conduct a joint on-site inspection and patrol focusing on 7S and TPM. Yin Changfu, the chief commander of the company’s lean project, the team of consultants from Shuben Technology, and lean specialists from each business unit participated in this inspection tour.

Yu Xuebin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Longyan Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission; Lai Jinyi, Secretary of the Changting County Party Committee; Chen Dakun, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company; and Lai Xing, Director of Operations, accompanied him on the visit.

On September 1, the new “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety” (hereinafter referred to as the “New Work Safety Law”) officially came into effect. To further foster a strong atmosphere of learning and abiding by the law, the company, in conjunction with the document “Notice from the Office of the Safety Committee of the Changting County People’s Government on Promoting and Implementing the New Work Safety Law,” launched a themed campaign titled “Learn the Work Safety Law, Ensure Safety.”

On August 30, Wu Rong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Changting County Party Committee, head of the United Front Work Department, and chairperson of the County Federation of Trade Unions; Yang Weimin, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairperson of the County Federation of Trade Unions; and Wang Xiurong, Vice Chairperson, visited our company to hold the 2021 “Golden Autumn Assistance” scholarship awarding ceremony. During the ceremony, scholarships were presented to the children of employees facing financial difficulties who had been admitted to universities. Lai Xing, Director of Operations at the company, Wang Tingxiang, Manager of the Corporate Management Department, as well as the beneficiary students and their parents, attended the ceremony.

On August 26, the company held a scholarship awarding ceremony titled “Warmth in Golden Autumn—Genuine Care at Jinlong,” presenting scholarships to the second-generation members of the Jinlong family who have just been admitted to university this year.

The company’s second-phase Project Manager Practical Training Camp has successfully concluded.
On August 21, the second session of the Jinlong Rare Earth Project Manager Practical Training Camp, organized by the Technical Management Department, came to a successful conclusion. The event officially kicked off on August 19. That morning, the awards ceremony for the first session of the Project Manager Practical Training Camp was held in our company’s training classroom. During the first session, five study groups competed against each other through stages including topic discussions and post-training assessments, ultimately selecting three outstanding participants and one excellent team.
