　　Female employees are scattered throughout all departments of the company. They have made significant contributions to the company’s production and development and have put in tremendous effort. Bearing the dual responsibilities of career and family, they share both the joys and hardships with the company, standing together through thick and thin. As March—the vibrant spring—ushers in the end of the cold winter, we welcome Women’s Day. To enliven the cultural life of female workers and enhance organizational vitality, on the evening of March 7, the Party, Labor Union, and Youth League jointly organized a fun volleyball event for all female employees at the gymnasium, themed “Show the Splendor of Women and Forge Team Spirit.”

Burning calories and unleashing passion and energy in a fun-filled way—every one of our female employees is thoroughly enjoying herself.

　　On Women’s Day, the company’s Party, Labor Union, and Youth League also distributed care packages to all women, hoping that every woman could shine brightly and live fully as a queen on her own stage.

Over the past period, our female colleagues have carried out a great deal of highly effective work in their respective positions. To pay tribute to these “most beautiful women” who are tirelessly striving on all fronts, the company’s Party, labor union, and Youth League organizations have delivered care packages and festive greetings to them.
