On September 27, Zhong Kexiang, a member of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Executive Director of Xiamen Tungsten, conducted an in-depth visit to the Party branch of Jinlong Rare Earth, held a Party class for all Party members and cadres, and engaged in heart-to-heart talks.

He also delivered a Party class to all party members and cadres and engaged in heart-to-heart talks with them. At the research meeting, Chen Dakun, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the company, and Yang Shaobo, Secretary of the Second Party Branch, first reported on the progress made by the Party General Branch and the Second Party Branch in Party building work so far this year, as well as the challenges encountered and the key priorities for the next phase of Party building work.

General Zhong expressed his appreciation for the Party branch’s work and the business performance of the company’s Party General Branch and the Second Party Branch, and provided guiding remarks. First, we must focus on the core—using business outcomes to assess the integration of Party building with production and operations. While continuously enriching both the forms and content of Party building, we should earnestly bring into play the exemplary and leading role of Party members. Second, we must build a brand: on the basis of cultivating Party building rooted in our red heritage, we should fully integrate Changting’s red culture, ecological culture, Hakka culture, and historical culture, constantly refining and summarizing our efforts to create a Party-building brand that can be widely promoted. Third, we must enhance the quality of our personnel—improving the competence of Party cadres, Party affairs staff, and Party workers, raising their awareness, and thereby elevating the overall level of Party building work.

After the research meeting, General Zhong delivered a vivid Party lesson to all party members and cadres, focusing on the theme of “Implementing and upholding the Party’s organizational line for the new era and continuously strengthening and enhancing the Party’s building.” He addressed three key aspects: what the Party’s organizational line for the new era entails, how to effectively implement this line, and how to ensure solid and meticulous construction of Party branches. General Zhong urged each branch to take standardized branch construction—“achieving standards and striving for excellence”—as a crucial starting point and to focus relentlessly on strengthening and refining branch-level Party building.

After the Party class, General Manager Zhong held heart-to-heart talks with all party members and cadres, putting forward specific requirements in areas such as theoretical study, integrity building, and production and operations. Finally, Secretary Chen delivered a statement on behalf of the leadership team.
