The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Party General Branch, and attended by the Deputy General Manager of the company, secretaries and committee members of various Party branches, as well as representatives from the Party, Labor, and Youth League organizations.

The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Party General Branch, and attended by the company’s Deputy General Manager, secretaries and committee members of various Party branches, as well as representatives from the Party, Labor, and Youth League organizations.

　　At the meeting, secretaries of various Party branches reported on the progress of Party building work in 2018, the implementation of the “133” Party building mechanism, and the advancement of efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency at Sansteel. The branches provided mutual feedback, summarized their experiences, and discussed areas for improvement. Meanwhile, they engaged in thorough discussions on the key tasks for Party building in the company for 2019 and explored ways to develop distinctive features for Jinlong’s Party building. Following this, the Party General Branch of the company organized an educational session featuring anti-corruption videos, continuously enhancing the sense of integrity and self-discipline among Party members and cadres and strengthening the company’s anti-corruption efforts.

　　After the meeting, the Party Branch Secretary of the company pointed out that in 2018, the company faced considerable operational pressure. In response to external market challenges, the Party Branch, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, has continuously strengthened its “four consciousnesses,” firmly upheld the “four self-confidences,” and practiced the “two safeguards.” Using the Party building’s “133” working mechanism as a platform, the Party Branch has closely focused on the company’s annual business objectives, timely adjusted its business strategies and measures, steadily promoted optimization of the production structure and efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiency, and reinforced the integration between functional departments and business units. Moreover, it has actively leveraged the Party Branch’s role as a fighting fortress and the exemplary leading role of Party members, overcoming difficulties and driving the company’s rapid development. In 2019, the company’s Party building efforts should be further grounded in practical operations, fully integrated with production and management, enriched in terms of forms and platforms, continue deepening the “133” working mechanism, persistently advance cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives, strengthen functional supervision, fully integrate Party, labor union, and Youth League work, and further intensify the promotion of corporate culture.
