Joint Party Building between Villages and Enterprises: Together Promoting Harmonious Development

To implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deepen the thematic education campaign "Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind," continuously strengthen grassroots Party building and organizational development, and promote harmonious development between villages and enterprises, on September 12, Zhang Yongjian, Secretary of the Party Branch Committee of the company, led a team to carry out a joint Party-building initiative with the Party Branch Committees of the neighboring Héxié Community and Chenfang Village, under the theme “Joint Party Building between Villages and Enterprises to Jointly Promote Harmonious Development.”

Hold a village-enterprise symposium.

During the exchange and discussion, both sides introduced each other to their respective party-building initiatives, the challenges they’ve encountered, and their plans for next steps. A brief yet insightful symposium was held to discuss key areas of focus and challenges facing the ongoing Party-building work. Participants reached a consensus on how to achieve the goal of “jointly building villages and enterprises, working hand in hand to create a new chapter in Party building.” Through this event, a platform has been established to strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations, enhance their cohesion and combat effectiveness, foster mutual learning and shared progress, and jointly promote win-win outcomes for both villages and enterprises.

Visiting and comforting families in need

After the symposium, a delegation from the company’s Party branch, led by the Party branch secretary of Hexie Community and the Party branch secretary of Chenfang Village, carried out a visit and comfort activity for families in need. They delivered daily necessities such as rice, cooking oil, and grains, along with festive greetings, and encouraged these families to stay confident, maintain an optimistic outlook on life, and improve their living standards through their own efforts.

This village-enterprise collaborative initiative, as a further deepening of the “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” campaign, not only enhances mutual understanding between villages and enterprises but also represents another valuable exploration and attempt to advance grassroots Party building work. Moving forward, we will focus on three key areas—joint organizational development, shared resource utilization, and integrated team building—to collectively consolidate the achievements of this collaboration.
