To further strengthen the building of Party organizations and the ranks of Party members within enterprises, enhance Party building leadership, and better propel the company’s Party work into a new phase—thus enabling the Party committee to drive the enterprise’s greater development—based on the Party Constitution and the Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China, and with the approval of the Xiamen Tungsten Party Committee and the Party Working Committee of the Changting Industrial Park, the Party General Branch of Jinlong Rare Earth has been officially upgraded to a Party Committee. On the morning of June 28, Jinlong Rare Earth convened a general meeting of Party members to elect the first-term Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission. Lan Jundong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Changting County Industrial Park, attended the meeting. All Party members from Jinlong Rare Earth, Baisike, and Zhuoer Technology participated in the meeting.

The conference officially opened with the solemn playing of the national anthem. Comrade Lin Fanghua, head of the Party and Mass Work Section of the Party Working Committee of the Changting County Industrial Park, read out documents including the “Reply Approving the Upgrading of the General Branch of the Communist Party of China at Fujian Changting Jinlong Rare Earth Co., Ltd. to a Party Committee.” All party members unanimously adopted the “Election Procedures for the First Committee of the Communist Party of China at Fujian Changting Jinlong Rare Earth Co., Ltd.,” and in strict accordance with the election regulations, elected the members of the First Committee and the members of the First Commission for Discipline Inspection. Chen Dakun, Zhang Yongjian, Fan Yufeng, Fu Donghui, and Luo Xiaoying were elected as members of the Party Committee; Fu Donghui, Yang Shaobo, and Wang Tingxiang were elected as members of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.

The first meeting of the first “Two Committees” was held, during which Comrade Chen Dakun was elected as Party Secretary and Comrade Zhang Yongjian as Deputy Party Secretary. Comrade Fu Donghui was elected as Secretary of the first Discipline Inspection Commission. The meeting also discussed in detail the division of responsibilities among the members of the Party Committee.

Subsequently, Comrade Lan Jundong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Changting County Industrial Park, and Comrade Chen Dakun, Secretary of the Jinlong Rare Earth Committee, officiated at the unveiling ceremony for the establishment of the Party Committee of Fujian Changting Jinlong Rare Earth Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China.

The first plenary meeting of the first committee of Changting Jinlong Rare Earth Co., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion amid the rousing strains of “The Internationale.”

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to deepen and enhance Party history education, as well as to make good use of local educational materials specific to Changting, after the meeting, Jinlong Rare Earth organized all participating Party members to watch together the short Party lesson titled “Changting 1929.”

The company’s Party Committee will take this upgrade as an opportunity to redouble its efforts, remain true to our original aspiration, and forge ahead with determination. We will fully leverage the fighting fortress role of our Party organizations and the exemplary, pioneering role of our Party members.
