Jinlong Rare Earth is actively transitioning toward a green and low-carbon business model. With the goal of establishing a green manufacturing system, the company is leveraging technological innovation and systematic optimization to minimize environmental impacts and maximize resource utilization throughout the entire product lifecycle—from manufacturing and design to logistics, recycling, and reuse. At the same time, Jinlong Rare Earth is proactively installing photovoltaic power generation equipment and purchasing green wind and hydropower energy sources, thereby reducing its environmental footprint in terms of energy consumption.

Green electricity, primarily from wind and photovoltaic sources, is the main energy supply form for achieving the “dual-carbon” goals in the future. Below is the current status of green electricity usage at Jinlong Rare Earth’s existing plant site.

Our company’s photovoltaic system has been in use since November 2020, and to date, it has generated over 1.6 million kilowatt-hours of electricity on its own. The cumulative amount of green hydropower and wind power purchased has nearly reached 8 million kilowatt-hours.
