The company is conducting training on standardized management of hazardous waste.

To implement the spirit of the “Plan on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Key Enterprises Supervised for Hazardous Waste in Changting County,” issued by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Changting County, Longyan City, and to further improve the company’s environmental supervision system for hazardous waste, the Safety and Environmental Management Department held a training session on standardized management of solid waste on May 13. Department heads, shift supervisors, and hazardous waste management personnel from all departments attended the training.

To implement the spirit of the “Plan on Further Strengthening the Standardized Management of Key Enterprises Supervised for Hazardous Waste in Changting County,” issued by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Changting County, Longyan City, and to further improve the company’s environmental supervision system for hazardous waste, the Safety and Environmental Management Department held a training session on standardized management of solid waste on May 13. Department heads, shift supervisors, and hazardous waste management personnel from various departments attended the training.

At the training session, the Environmental and Safety Management Department provided a detailed introduction to the management indicator system for solid waste—particularly hazardous waste—covering topics such as an overview of solid waste, on-site management of solid waste, relevant laws and regulations on solid waste, and a comprehensive interpretation of the new Solid Waste Law. Meanwhile, focusing on the revised content and ten key highlights of the new Solid Waste Law, the department further clarified the current status, tasks, and management priorities of the company’s hazardous waste management efforts.
Adhering to the principles of enhancing training effectiveness and optimizing hazardous waste management, employees from various positions raised questions about the challenges encountered in the hazardous waste management process, and the trainers provided detailed and vivid on-site explanations and clarifications.
Next, the company will intensify its efforts to address hazardous waste, focusing on establishing a more comprehensive environmental management system for hazardous waste, further enhancing its capacity to prevent environmental risks associated with hazardous waste, fulfilling its principal responsibilities, and taking the standardized management of hazardous waste to a new level.
